So it was only natural for her to mix a few spoonfuls of Amy’s Chili with our Mac & Cheese at lunchtime. Soon others were doing the same, savoring the flavor and texture of our comforting, smooth Mac & Cheese combines with the mild spiciness of Amy’s Chili. One day Irene gave some to Andy, who loved it and thought Amy’s customers would as well. So here it is for you to eat and enjoy - a delicious, gluten free dish and another reminder that at Amy’s, free from gluten does not mean free from flavor. Family Owned Since 1987: After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987, we found there was little time to prepare the quality homemade food we normally ate. Realizing there were others like ourselves, we started Amy’s Kitchen to prepare delicious meals for those who care about the food they eat but are often too busy to cook. We use only the finest ingredients and prepare them with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would in your own home.
