Cheeseburger-Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms

Ingredients
1½ pounds ground beef
6 slices American cheese, chopped
1½ tbsp hamburger seasoning
Nonstick cooking spray
6 large portobello mushrooms, stems removed
6 thin slices red onion
1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
¼ cup dill pickle chips
3 tbsp ketchup
3 tbsp mayonnaise
3 tbsp yellow mustard
Directions

Prepare outdoor grill for indirect grilling over medium-high heat. In large bowl, gently mix beef, cheese, and seasoning until just combined; do not overmix. Spray both sides of mushrooms with cooking spray; fill with beef mixture.

Place mushrooms, beef side up, on hot grill rack over unlit side of grill; cover and cook 30 minutes. Transfer mushrooms to lit side of grill; cover and cook 5 minutes or until internal temperature of filling reaches 160°. Serve mushrooms topped with tomato, onion, and lettuce along with pickle chips, ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard.
